No Summer 2008 Schemes

FFF feeder system to Maidstone Youth

Unfortunately there are no summer schemes for 2008, this is because due to commitments from university and holidays. I am very sorry and schemes will resume as normal in October.

After the successful scheme at Eastborough in Easter, Joe Walker age 13 from Maidstone shone for his talent. We are now requesting into giving him some training within the youth set up of Maidstone and hope him success for the future weather accepts this opportunity or not.

There have also been some more additions. More information on the icon on the top of the page.

FunFactorFootball in the Kent Messenger Swadelands FunFacotorFootball partnership.
Tom Howard a successful sports journalist for Maidstone United has carried out a report on FunFactorFootball for the KM and Maidstone United programme. Click here to see the published article

Swadelands sports college have linked with FunFactorFootball in aid of getting qualified coaching to children in schools within Kent. At current there is coaching taking place in Eastborough Primary School for year 5 and 6 students as well as Girls football at Valley Park for ages 11-14. Chris Ward of Swadelands school has made all this possible with ideas of including some multi skills activities in the future.

It looks to be very positive for FunFactorFootball to be working in more schools within Kent as part of this partnership. More details to follow.

Fourth Scheme

FunFactorFootball is looking to add a fourth scheme to the current three at Eastborough, Tenterden and Staplehurst primary schools. This summer will see developments to Tenterden and Staplehurst Schools which put them out of use. The fourth location will be identified in the near future. With the idea of going into the Sittingbourne area.
